Haven't put THAT much time on the beach this summer but what I have put in has been rather lack-luster. Few runs, few chunks missing from my baits...no fish. Just wondering how far you guys over here yak em out? I fish Indian Rocks Beach mostly when on the sand. For anyone that's been there, in reference to the swim buoy's how far past them do you go?
I've gone just short, right at, and up to twice as far out which I assume is around 200yds.
Just wondering if people are getting more hookups further or closer over here.

I'm by Sarasota and I've been getting all my runs on baits on drops after the first sandbar in the cutslike 60 yards maybe
