Help with rgis for sharks of 6ft+

Hi first time sharkfisherman(Not counting the greenaldnsharks caught in Norway) and IM new to the stile of rigging. So I have done a bit of research and found some different kind of rigs to use although having a bit of a hard time with the the measurement as we don't use Ft,lb in Sweden.
Could anyone help me out with a "shopping" list for something like 10 rigs.
Tell me if the rig is any good, 18/0 circle hook with #15 wire doubled up on it self(how long does this need to be around 8-12 feet ?) haywire twist to a 500 pound swivel that is crimped to 500 pound mono around 10-feet(?) and then crimp it to another swivel that I attach to the main line.
Problem I have is when looking to buy wire it just says 1 lb spools hard for me to get a sense of how much I need to buy.
Help would be appreciated and any pointers to the rig would be gladly accepted, is it enough for sharks between 6+ feet

Best regards Victor

Yeah sure, do you know about how much wire there is on a 1 lb coil of let's say either #15/#19 wire ? http://www.sharkoutlet.com/index.php/terminal-tackle/leaders/tooth-proof-wire.html
Also what size of sleeves do you need for the mono/wire?

Here's a link to my "report" I included some background information about myself

nice report man, heres how i do my rigs: heavy swivel, 10-15 feet of 500 lb mono tied with a uni knot to the swivel, then another swivel and then 5-6 feet of #19 wire haywire twisted to the hook and swivel. but its up to you for how you want to make your rigs and alo take into consideration about where youre fishing

Do you double the wire up or just a single strand ?
Do you know how much wire there is on a 1 LB #19 wire coil that you buy online ?
