What lb test breakaway line do u guys use I've tried heavier like 30 but a lot of runs I got they wouldent break it for some reason so I started using 12 lb but I like to reuse my breakaways do you have any theories of to why the can't break the 30

I've always used the cheapest 30lb mono I can find, always worked fine.i dropped down to 20lb once and had a few more pop offs while dropping off the bait so went back to 30

I have used up to 100lb without any issues.
