A great (and dryer alternative) to kayaking baits out.RCboat

On a recent trip, after a long lull from fishing, me and Billy decided to fish a usual spot hell or high water. Although the weather was terrible, we had tunnel vision. Choppy breakers and rain, strong current and wind. I got in my OceanKayak Scupper Pro only to be met by a nasty breaker that tossed me, put a 20/0 circle in my ankle, and worst of all put so much torque on the hull of the kayak that it cracked on both sides.

That whole night after getting over the 500$ loss, I thought "There has to be a better way", or at least a safer way. The next shift at my fire station we all put our heads together and came up with a bait boat. First we thought of building a Catamaran style hull and mounting a SeaDoo Scuba propulsion on itm which was a genius idea.

BUT THEN I FOUND THIS....

**Not only does it drag big baits. It has range and it goes through the nastiest surf. I may be checking this out. One thing I love about this sport is being able to be innovative. And when I see a boat that can run a bait, drop it, and get back in 3 or 4 minutes, Im sold. Less BS, more safe. Thoughts and comments welcome of course, I'm sure this video will get some people thinking, especially those that are noy big into kayaking at 2am.
