Spent ten years living in Sydney N.S.W. Australia plus 3 months in Tasmania and remember the shark sirens at Bondi, Maroubra, Manly, and Cronulla Beach.Surf plenty of times in those places but never shark fished till I came here in 92.I remember seeing Vic Hislop on the local evening news when he caught that 6000 pounder great white in South Australia!Famous Aussie divers like Ben Cropp and Val Lehman (lady spearo) who speared big raggie tooth sharks(sandtigers) back in the old days made great reading in Ben Cropp's dive books and documentaries etc.Brings back memories!
