hey everyone, I need to choose between a shoulder harness or bucket harness. I am only 13 and weigh about 100 so I need to know which will suet me best and keep me out of the water. 
if I use a bucket harness am I limited to standing or can I sit in the sand?
You would need bucket, a shoulder requires more weight and back strength.
You can sit or stand with a bucket, but standing is better.
Might also think about a kidney harness, sort of in between both
yea, I am going to go with a bucket and I will probably tie it to something fixed on the beach. Also is the aftco maxforce a good harness?
I use the max force and I'm a fan. Very comfortable. A handle in the back for someone to grab onto and very durable.
