Drove down to hialeah today, out to a family secret spot for buying meat in bulk at the best prices in miami. (Martinez Meat Distributors) and who do i see?? (Willy Fundora) on the same mission as me, stocking up on meat for the Rene Memorial tournament, or should i say cook off. Willy had steaks and a bunch of goodies.
I went with the churasco route last year, but they only lasted one night, so this year i went with the other white meat..
Pork Loin. I also bought a slab of new york strips,and some itallian sausages.
So fellas be prepared saturday night for some grilled pork marinated in lime ,mojo,and sour oranges....
Gotta get Reymundo,travis,jimmy and them full and sleepy, so i can sneek out the 16/0 with a whole amberjack right after every one falls asleep.
