That guy is wearing A BIG HAMMER SHIRT (2013 edition) that the SFSC logo on one sleeve,I did not recognize the person on that bridge but it looks like the Skyway on the west coast. That angle/gaffer should really be aware that gaffing a Goliath (even if it was to remove the hook) and then tossing in it back in the water from 25 feet up is not the healthy thing to do for it.FWC would ticket him if they were there no doubt Looks like the person that took the video has no relation to the gaffer with the BHC shirt.
ps.......I see picstures in magazines regularly of fishermen taking fish that are protected ,out of the water. TARPON,GOLIATH and more.either they're ignorant of the law or don't give a damm
