Where to fish BTC?

Very unfamiliar with the east coast beaches as far as fishing goes. I've been to a few for just swimming and family fun but not a lot of fishing or shark fishing especially. Not looking for your secret spots or anything guys but me and and few others fishing the Black Tip Challenge are hoping to find a decent beach to camp on or at least be out all night without having anyone trying to kick us off the beach. If possible we might do the whole shebang and set up a tent and everything but if not thats cool too but we want to fish all night at least.

Open to all suggestions and locations. Personally I was thinking somewhere between Delray Beach and Jupiter would be nice.

No tips guys? I know there's a great number of members here that fish that coast.. Perhaps some of you would like to meet up during the challenge and even share the beach a little, I have no clue.

HI,
Somewhere between Delray and Jupiter....really tough. NO fishing allowed at 99% of the beaches and no camping at 100% of them. Do not put up a tent. Just get a sheet or sleeping bag and you will survive. Your best shot is the north side of Boynton Beach inlet. Good luck

IT's hard to guess where to fish for the BTC b/c the tippers are on typically on the move. You never know where they will be until that weekend.

I fished Jupiter inlet last year for the BTC and I got skunked. I talked to the guys on the jetty and the life guard, he said they are usually around that time of year, they just were not around that weekend LOL.

They could be up by Sebastian or down by Deerfield, ya just dont know.

People will typically not give up spots on the forum. You cant go wrong by an inlet (except for that weekend I spent at Jupiter inlet LOL) I fish pompano beach by the inlet all the time. It's not the best but it is 15 minutes from my house. I always got skunked at pompano until I started hittin the beach closest to the inlet.

Well I am not asking for anyone to give up their secret spots, nor am I really worried about where the black tips will be. Just more so looking for a location that we can fish without too many people during the day and without law enforcement or anyone else trying to make up leave late at night. Camping with a tent is a bonus but I've heard little about places to camp. I did hear St. Augustine and Flagler beach you can camp on? Anyone know? Not a big fan of Flagler though..

It'd be awesome fishing with Will! I'll talk to my team and may just give him a call.. I think that'd be a great learning experience.

Your best bet will be between Stuart and Fort Lauderdale, nice beaches not to crowded for the most part. It really depends on your budget where you stay. I will say the further south you go the more rocks and reefs you have to worry about.

I'll read up on that area. Well my budget is poor poor poor haha but my team will just be splitting the cost of wherever we stay. We are fully ready and planning to dedicate a solid 3 days to fishing so that's why camping was preferred then we would just get a hotel or something 1 or 2 nights to clean up and stuff.
I do have a family member by Juno beach though I might be able to stay with

The Travelodge on Blue Heron Blvd is Cheap and clean only like $40 - $50 a night last time I stayed there.
