I currently have it on a 9' 80-130 lb gator glass.

I like it alot. ITs just to much of a hassle to trans port.

What rod would you guys reccomend?

Tough call just because of the style you like. Fishing bridges where the length and stiffness of the blank help you compared to beach fishing make it difficult.

Just throwing it out there but since you have a bridge rod already maybe you could start to shorten it up some. Have you seen the Super Seeker 2x4 or 3x5 they are 7 foot rods meant for rail fishing but fished standup style they only feel like a 5'6" rod because of the tapper and bend. The 3x5 is a true beast of a rod.

Another option would be to use a uni butt on a 6-8 foot rod this would keep the total length up then when transporting you just take the butt off cutting down on the transport issue. I have the super seeker 6'3" XXXXH its a 150lb blank you could use a uni on a rod like this and transport length would be under 5 foot

The unibutt idea is what I did on my mystery 10ft rod. Works really well
