What to do with a dead shark

I have never killed a shark, and don't intend on doing so. But, in the case that a shark does die for whatever reason, what is a good thing to do with it. I do not what to eat it either if it is any larger than 100 pounds. But again, if it 's too big for me to want to eat it what do you do?
This may seem like a stupid question but, I don't want to be stuck with a big dead shark that nobody wants to eat.
Any propositions?

Someone once told me to put it back past the surfline and it will get eaten by whatever, and will not come back onto the beach. But I've never seen it in action.
