Think I am ready

Have my custom built rod done by me, 5'4'' 50-80lb line class. Penn 9/0. And finally got a kayak. Mainstream Jazz sit on top. 9.5ft. I need to repair the little hole in the back from the previous owner dragging it. Put some tape on to test it in the lake today which was fun as I have never used a kayak before. I only paid $85, he wanted $100 i told him $85 since i had to drive 1.5 hours to get it. He agreed and i picked it up lastnight. I plan to buy some hooks, leader material, swivels, etc. I need some recommendations as to tackle. I have never got this deep into shark fishing and not sure what hooks to use and stuff.

I will probably order my crimps and swivels from there. But would like to try lindgren pittman hooks, any experience with them?

I am pretty sure John at Sharkoutlet can get you LP hooks also. Just call and ask.
No I have not used LP hooks because they are offset. I dont feel the need for offset, but I have heard good things about them and a decent amount of sharkers use them.
