Hey Maddawg:
Norman Bateman here. I went through this same thing some 35 or so years ago that you're facing now! Life is short so make the most of this move. You'll be back again on the coast somewhere abouts someday. Go for the sharks and you'll settle down and enjoy life again.
Best and keep your lines tight,
Norman
Hey Mark we'll miss you dearly but we hope you find the happiness you seek because you deserve that and much more.I wish I would of lived closer to you to spend more time fishing with you .
Mark is one of the most decent and level headed person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting on any fishing forum .
We fished some in the past and had a chance to have some good conversation about life in general and the difficulties of being a single parent.
Mark is one of those soft spoken ,down to earth, always helpful types that are so hard to find in these modern times. We hope you will stay in touch so we can come to the mountains and help you catch some of them big trout.
We love you and we wish you well --Godspeed to you.

I hate to know that i'm not gona get to see all those big land based fish that you catch. If any one on this site has impressed me it has to be you Mark. Open invitation, any time, I have extra poles, bait what ever ya need. Come fish with me on ya vacation. This ole salt water is hard to get out of ya system. That click that we all wait for is hard to replace. The more i hunt and put up with the BS from other hunters the FWC, the more I shark fish. There is a forgoten place in florida called Port st joe. The people there are country folks and dont mind seeing fishermen. Hell of a tiger, ray jewfish and family. Good luck!
