stolen gear

i was told by a few people that since the rods and my truck were on my property i can claim auto insurance or home owners insurance for my rods. any one know any thing about this?

It all depends on the auto insurance policy you have, and the total value of everything stolen probably won't be covered. Check the details of your homeowners insurance policy coverage..but there are probably limits on how much you can claim.

yea im gonna have my grandma or grandpa call when they get back from cali since its there insurance. i just want a king fish set up and a inshore setup im at the point i dont care what it is.

for it to be considered grand theft ot has to be over 1000. it would fall under the catergory over theft over 500 under a thousand. deff look on craigslist,pawn shops, and Ill keep an eye out over this way for you to
