I have this idea in my mind. At work i have a coworker - who knows to smoke pretty much anything that has to do with meat, so - i was wondering, if he'll gonna smoke for me a black tip shark - what would be an excellent WAY to make a kick "butt" sandwich with thin sliced smoked BT? In other words - i'm open to any crazy idea that would give a nice smoky flavor sandwich.

i smoked some spinner one day when i was smoking mullet and just used the same spices and came out great. i wish i could remember what spices they were. i have some tipper in my freezer i need my dad to smoke for me one day.
