Keep your hands clean and drink a lot of HOT HOT water, flavor it with tea or cocoa of you must but the key is to drink liquids as hot as you can take. When you are sick, you keep recycling the virus which is why you stay sick. The hot water kills bacteria and can make you start feeling better quicker.
there is one prob with the hot water. our shower is broke so we have to turn the water off outside and that turns off all the water in the house. im drinking chicken noodle soup now.

just got out of the er not to long ago woke up today and my back and chest was hurting so i went there. turns out i have bronchitis 
oh well atleast i have meds now.
Thats just a fancy word for bad chest cold, sissy!! lol
