yea i wish i could make it but im broke as a joke. hopefully next year i can make it and get some awards. lol

Looking forward to some holiday cheer and I will be bringing the shark wrestler and possibly CMoney7.

I think i will be coming down because im moving to louisiana on the 3rd. Im gonna be south florida texas sharker.

I'm involved with a club out of New York since 1985 and we always had a great end of the year/awards party. Year over year we would do a 50/50 Raffle that would support the club with scholarships, sponsorships, events, mailings, prizes, buying community gear, trips, etc...... The 50/50 raffle also supports those who support the club with a little $$CASH$$.

For example.... If $200.00 in raffle tickets are sold during the night then the club gets $100 and the winner gets $100. Tickets will be very cheap and sold at the party. The drawing will also be done at the party. So, bring a few extra singles, fives or even a twenty - what ever works for you. Just remember, the more tickets you buy the better your chances of winning $$$$$$ and supporting SFSC .

We will have the first ever Cuban style pit pig roast to commemorate my father who passed away this year.My dad grew up on a farm in Cuba and the pit pig roast was the traditional way the country folk celebrated there Christmas.They were dirt poor but they were rich in spirit and very united .I remember as a child my father would roast a pig every Christmas I'd watch him marinate it with so much gusto the day before the roast ;he put so much effort into his pig roast it was a tradition he cherished and I learned from watching him.It will be my first attempt to roast a pig so wish me luck.The pig we will be having weighed 66.5 lbs dressed and once the skin starts getting crispy it's ohhhhhh sooooooo gooood.I hope there ain't Muslims in the neiborhood cause we fixin to put out some wonderful roasting pig aroma tonight .

The new 2011 SFSC shirts will be available today and the trophies will all be given out tonight.Hope to see you all tonight.

Just flaten it out ral well down the middle with a machete or meat clever, and start cooking really early.. for good pellejo all you need is salt olive oil and water lightly basted over the skin as it cooks.. Words can not describe the level of fun - friends - fellowship at the Awards Ceremony.
Thank you to Willy and Crew, incredible effort and labor, it was a complete success. All I can say is WOW. I finally get to meet my friend fishergirl - so glad to meet her. Every one had a tone of fun, good to hang out with Julio, Monsterman - Will, Shannon - he is getting bigger every time I see him bench pressing about 405 by now, Colby - whatta an asset to the SFSC, clack-clack-clack (aka) Monster Hammer killer is insane , Chris - great job! George Fundora - about 13 years since I last saw him.

BEYOND EXPECTATIONS ,,,,WOW!!!!Our best end of the year party yet .More people turned out and more new shark club members then ever in a one day event.A special thanks to everyone that attended and brought something to help the cause and a very special thanks to my lovely wife Maggy who put up with me for a whole week of non stop party related work sometimes til midnight working to finish the preparations .Looking back I know i could not do it without her.i am the machine that generates the energy she is the loving hands that despite having Lupus do the work on the computer to make it all possible.A special thanks to Janet(fishergirl)for once again handling the membership signup duty,a big thank you to Chris (snookhunter)for the raffle it was a complete sucses.
