I have a great idea for all of us to bring fish fillets,and have a massive Deep fried snook,cnapper,grouper, cook off!!!
Julio,colby,and will i know you guys love deep frying bonita,blue runners,and grunts lol but leave that at home.only snook,tilapia,red fish,snapper,or grouper hits our oil this weekend!! lol
Just think of how classic that would be, the whole bridge eating fresh deep fried fish,under the stars of the florida keys,sipping an ice cold becks and waiting for the shark rods to scream!!!
1.To get this done we need A roll call of who will be attending

(thats all i know that are going for sure so far) We will add you on as you post to confirm.
2. From the guys going for sure we need Some One out of the pack to bring an out side deep fryer.
3.We also need fish fillets(i have 6 fresh white meat snook fillets ready to go)
4.I have the Eggs,bread crumbs,dipping sauces,and seasons covered(unless you want to bring your secret batter)

Just bought the big outside deep fryer.
Now if you guys want to make this happen i need to know who has fillets to bring or who can buy some?? and if any one can bring a big thing of vegetable oil.

Thank you mojo, a gallon should do. I would buy everything, just a little low on money this week, and i just bought the big deep fryer,propane,seasonings and batter.
Buy some oil and we will be having us a classic out side fish fry.
Also for any one else i have 6 snook fillets, but that wayont feed the whole bridge, so fellas dig in your freezer for fish fillets,or if anybody coming with a big group pick up some tilapia on the way. look me,mojo,and willy qre contributing.
