Seine nets for shrimping
Hi everybody. My hubby has a wild hair up his hiney about making a seine net for shrimping from the bridge. He has the frame built, but bought some bird netting. I know that won't last long & wondered if anybody here knows the best type of netting & where we might buy it reasonably? Thanks for your help in advance! ![]()
im sure they sell these in west marine or somewhere, but there is a thing liek a weathersock you troll behind boats called a plankton skimmer, it's a really fine mesh that wont let anything through, no clue on teh prices but im sure you can do a little snipping and sewing and fit it perfectly on your frame
Just an average fisherman.
