Sounds like the old PAYOLA shuck-N -jive again.........there shouldn't be ANY commercial fishing in the gulf by any longliners periodand NO fishing by any foreign countries anywhere in American waters,
I posted a kind of lengthy post about the devastation caused by the BP Spill elsewhere here, after that tragedy ,to allow longlining ,just smells like politician payoffs to allow it , and like longlining itself, IT STINKS
