I put this Here Cuz This Will be MY Fishing Gear.
Ok...Step 1 Done... 
E 250 Van / w all beefed axles 
7.5 L/460 V8
Clean and everything works. 
Next is a front end swap, and then 38'' tires, 
And then a Helipad on top for a platform from bumper to bumper.

When you manage the helipad I'll fly over with my helicopter and make landing.
Just an average fisherman.
