I was wondering were are some good spots to catch some reds. Is the gulf breeze national park a good area an if so what bait should I use doa soft or hard plastics. Anything helps and I appreciate everyone for their advise.

I would try the Naval Live Oaks area on 98 in Gulf Breeze. If you get there at first light it is pretty good top water action if you wade out a little bit. Then when it gets light out a mirrordine is pretty good if the weed is not bad. A live shrimp or soft plastic under a rattle cork has been good too. Or you can try it in the evening too, that is about your best bet in gulf breeze. There are also Sheephead at the Bob Sikes Bridge eating live shrimp and fiddlers! Best time for Sheeps is about 1 1/2 hrs before peak of high or low tide until tide peaks. Good luck!!!! If you want to fish the bay for sharks, you might want to try the bay right behind Chicken Bone Beach to the West about 150 yards! If you can't make bait hit up Gulf Breeze B & T and get some fresh mullet and put them out!

If you have a boat hit the grass flats on the bay side of Ft Pickens by the gaurd shack and work your way to the pass!!!

Same as in my first post, or you can try drifting live pinfish or finger mullet. A gold weedless spoon is also a very good lure. There are some Bull Reds in the pass by the jetties at Pickens also, along with Red Snapper. Live pinfish is the ticket or blue crabs.
