If anybody can please help me figure this out that would be awesome. The parts i got from scotts bait are all too small. I ordered for the 116l (I have a 12/0), i dont understand why they dont fit. 
What Kind Of Parts? 
Are the parts themselves in bags with part numbers. If so, what are the part numbers, or call the supplier and tell them that the parts are too small. Only a few possibilities. Wrong parts ordered, wrong parts shipped, or parts packaged incorrectly.
The part numbers all line up as so what was shipped and what the diagram shows i needed. They just dont work.They are too small.

does your 12 0 have a chrome spool or a black spool
there are 3 different 12 0's
China made black spool
USA made black spool
and the older style 12 0 with chrome spool
Thanks for all your guys help. I turns out that Scott's sent me a bunch of the wrong parts. I dont know how they mixed up 3 parts but they did. Hopefully i will get better service next time. Again thanks for the help.
