I decided to upgrade for this summer so I could taget bigger sharks. I found a 12/0 & 14/0 with rods on Ebay and purchased them.............I had to tear them down and clean and service them because they had been sitting for quite a number of years but they sure did clean up nicely. I replaced the rod for the 12/0 because it had a cracked reel seat and replaced a side plate on 14/0 because of a crack also. The guy I bought them from was selling them for his sister-in-laws who's husband had passed away some years ago and he is sending me a senator 6/0 & rod free to compensate for the money I spent on the rod & side plate.
Now all I need is for my spools of 100lb, 125lb & 200lb line to show up so I can fill these things up!
I hope to be breaking these in next week when SharkinSonny & I hit the panhandle...........Oh ya.......I hope Sonny breaks in his new 14/0 & pole next week too! Especially since it is his last reel and rod he is going to buy (or at least that is what he told his wife

I ordered line this past friday but I will definately get with sharkingmiami when it is time to replace my line again..........thanks for the info
