Some times we have to deal with a wash up. One thing we can do is be prepared with a plan. I always have someone who wants a shark or some meat so before i let a almost dead shark go with a tag i harvest the fish. A long steep beach is hard to get a big shark to the truck. I have had to cut a couple in 4 or 5 peices to get it to the truck but it is much better than leaving it on the beach. Do what it takes to reflect a good image. If it takes 10 hours to cut it up and burry the mess that is left over, do it.
