LBSF in GA/SC, VA....???

OK, I'm trying to find a new location for my next duty station. Looking for an Army base, close to a college I want to go to, along with good fishing. So far I have my eyes set on Ft. Stewart, which is in north east GA, very close to the south east border of SC. And also Ft. Lee, which is a little south east of Richmond, VA. So how is the fishing at those two locations? LBSF, inshore/kayak fishing, surf, even freshwater stuff. I am currently at Ft. Bragg, but can't find a school I like in the area. Any advise/info would be great in helping me in my attempt to pick my next duty station.
