very curious of what the largest shark yall ever caught a senator 9/0
or largest fish from shore
For me, only a 7.5 ft. bull on a 9/0. Although it was a great fight. I've had friends catch 8 + ft. bulls on 9/0's. However I've landed many 5-6 feet sharks on my 6/0.
largest shark on a 9/0 is back before i knew that it wasnt big enough and got spooled!!!!! thought it was the biggest reel ever until i hooked into a real shark for the first time. instantly sold it and upgraded
6-7ft sandbars for me i got my 7ft tiger on the 12/0 and it winched him in like it was nothing really wanna upgrade these washers to ht 100's and see what this baby can really do along with some elctrical tape wraped around my thumbs 
well he'll be able to run 1400 yrds hopefully no further

My biggest on a 9/0 was a 7foot 3 hammer, however few summers ago just me and one mate were fishing and he got a 9foot fat bull on a 9/0 with 50pound mono that had us running all over the beach. Love hearing stories of big sharks getting caught on small reels! Keep em coming
