While fishing my friend and I got the idea to paint my 14/0 sidewalls I was wondering if it was possible for myself to do it and how?? I've seen a senator in orange and pink before so it can be done

Yeah, but it's got to be some heavy duty stuff., that won't flake off with the sand.

Right I was thinking of painting my daiwa 900h a metallic blue to make it look like a avet lol but then I found out id have to sand every part being painted then prime and paint and that it could still come off from the sand lol senator would be easier tho I think

Here is a possibility? I dont think its been tried but i would think these would work.

Made expressly for weapons so should be tough and heat resistant, My only question is finding something that will stick to a senator?

Is the plate on those Bakelite?

I have no idea what they are made of but I thought doing a little sanding to roughin up the surface and do a plastic primer and then do the color paint I want but the only thing is is it going to peel

Most people have the metal parts powder coated.and it lasts longer and resists chipping.
