Looking to get a spool of 130 lb mono and this one seems to fit my budget

Yes. I've used it from 60lb up to 150lb and its good stuff. $78.00 for a 5lb spool is hard to beat also.

i found 38.00 for a 2 lb spool. it will be a one time fill up but that seems fair.

That's not a good deal. $38 x 2 = $76 for 4lbs. You get 5 lbs for $76 with HiSeas or go with bullbuster line in 125lb for $75 before your shark club discount. Do the math bullbuster is the way to go for you.
