I just got a rod from my grandparents garage. It looks really old. The only thing it says on it is Penn International on the side, and what seems to be Allan on the tip roller. It is an all roller rod, somewhere around 80 class. It is off-white with garnet and black trim, has metal(probably aluminum) reelseat, and a wood but.
I have no idea what kind of international rod this is.
If someone cloud tell me the type and/or value that would be awesome!

Probably somewhere between the first and second roller should be a model number. Post that and I'll try to get some info for you.

Without model # or pictures, I could only guess between 50.00 and 150.00, unless it is in mint condition.
