i just got off the phone with the fwc and there is no ban on harvesting hammers or tigers yet . there will be a meeting on Nov with the commission's on the ban ... if it do take place it will be on Jan 1/12 .. more then likely there will be no ban she told me ... if the ban don't take pleas there will be more rules on how to haves shark . if it do take place it will be on Jan 1/12 ... i asked what if the law these take place and i get a hammer and it died on me in the fight what do i do ... do i get all my stuff and live it on the beach .she told me that's a good ? that has never came up and she will bring it up in the next meeting because there has to be answer to that ? she said ... she did tell me to take the shark back to the ocean... i told her a 600lb shark come on .. she had nothing to say ... one thing she did say that its all up to the officer that catches u and what are you doing with the shark at the time he catches u ...
