Gulf Stream Closest to Florida Coast?

Hey guys, As I'm trying to learn more and more about shark fishing, and especially fishing for Blacktip Sharks. I am trying to learn more about the Black Tip Migration and where the better places to find them would be. Does anyone know where(City or County) the gulf stream actually comes the closest to the south east Florida coast? Thank you all, and have a great day! Ray
