I fish Indian Rocks Beach and Mad Beach, never been bothered out there at night. Other than tourists and their 20 questions and idiots telling me "there's no sharks here, we swim here." Once we had a cop ask for fishing Licenses but he was cool, didn't even say anything bout my buddies beer. Morons swim in your lines at night every once in a while but we fish a "private" area behind some condos but no one says anything as long as you park in public parking areas. I use 14/0 VMC J-hooks. WARNING: Hope you like crab traps, IRB and Mad Beach has quite a few traps at the moment. When you come down we'll fish with ya if we can.
