whats a good price to pay for one that has been cut and built already the guy said it was an original blank not the ones from mudhole and what the difference between the original blank and the mudhole ones,would 150lb mono on a 16/0 be to much for that rod any info would be great thanks

I had a ten foot unlimited class one from the 60s and I had put that thing to the test multiple times it only had 5 guides on it and never had line touch even on the pier hangin a 7 ft spinner out of the water lol old one are better way thicker walls but I do lile my fenwicks and lamiglass too used to have a buttbuster and that thing was a monster and could bend tip to butt and not break there are a lot of good rods out there not just gators I spent 80 shipping included on a davis rod off ebay 1 year warranty and igfa certified at 130 and that thing is a monster of a rod at 6ft all depends on what ur gonna mainly use it from
