How do you fight big fish using 80 or 130? Do certain fighting belts, harnesses, or special techniques help or do you just need to be super strong?

this is how 9 yr old girl 8 1/2 foot lemon 9/o penn reel 80lb mono
that was a few yrs back we use a bucket harness these days
