Family gathering /serious Tournament on the sand!!!

(Updated today may 30th Tournament Will be held off Atlantic Blvd (Exit 52) drive east all the way until you hit the beach, then hang a left and were half a mile down the strip!!! look for the trucks with kayaks in the back!!!!!!! or most likely i will keep 4 or 5 guys flagging everybody down!!!!! Willy and I were discussing our next gathering /fun tournament amongst our club and out side friends who are interested and we have come up with the idea of doing it on the beach of choice, we can set the date for may or june, and wait untill the last week to target the hottest beach at the time, and when we find that beach of choice, may it be Melbourne, South Beach, Juno, Boynton, or etc, we will spread the word and post for all to read, then meet at that spot with a beach long arsenal of 12-0s through 16-0s with all the women,juniors, and kahunas all fishing together, maybe even make it interesting with a 5 - 10 dollar pool for biggest shark!!! I know for sure between team apex, Shark fever, and Hammer and the phenoms alone we will have a minimum turn out of 15 club members, add on brad (loveinit) our newest member from Tampa, and a few others and we will have a great turn out!!! Just picture 45-75 rods stretched 400 yards down a beach that is on fire at the time, that plus 5-10 big coolers full to the brim with cudas,jacks,and rays!!!! As time winds down towards the date we will work out more and more of the details like any questions any of us may have i.e (can we have a huge shark club barbeque on that beach) which i realy want to find the right beach to make this question possible!!! just picture all the rods out while were grilling fish ,steaks and burgers right on the sand at night!!!!! This is realy going down some time in the coming months so lets work together (Nikki,William,Hammer,and every one else) to get this planned out right!!! Any one with questions or ideas we are all family here and every one has a say on our shark club ideas !!!! Get ready Sand lovers now is your shot to knock the bridge locals out!!!!!

ive been to pepper beach an is a killer shark fishing spot!! i got burned there on nite on a 12/0 an cut off on something. another nite i was there i seen a group fishing just up the ebach from me land some nice lemons...a girl caught one of them...nice size like 9ftish

Great pics Aaron ,,,,,,,,man i wish i would of been there with you guys.That first picture got me pumped up -i think we'll have that for the next forum front page pic cause it's a beatiful shot.I'm glad that we had a nice turnout,got some new shark club members and that there were no mishaps and everyone made it home safely.I definetly plan to participate in the next one.Hey Aaron Mellissa has the biggest by a female with her 9 ft 9 inch lemon she caught in the Big Hammer back in April.Anyways Congratulations to Shannon for putting it all together.See you guys at the next one.

That was a great time!!!! We had a solid 13 tournament entrees and that's very impressive due to the last minute spot change from fort pierce to Atlantic ave. wish we could have stayed at my original planned spot in fort pierce , because the winner would have won with something a lot more promising!!! GUARANTEED!!!! However its not always about that, its about getting together with good people and doing what you love to do, and that is shark fishing for me and most of us on here!!!!

Thanks to all who attended an for making it a great event!!

It was a pleasure to have Chad come all the way down from Tampa,and the same goes for Kobe(sharkin miami) and Alex his partner, welcome to the South Florida Shark Club fellas!!!! Kobe is a great shark fisherman with lots of promise!!! he nails big bulls and a mix variety of nice sharks right in his backyard Key Biscayne!!!!Meir,Aaron,mark,adam,jordan and the other juniors better watch there back because Kobe might be taking home that Junior Angler of the year trophy, along with newcomer of the year trophy!!!!

But back to our gathering, it was a blast and congratulations to my Wife Sandra for knocking everyone out !!!!
P.s Sand how bout you loan me $15 bucks from your $130 pool winnings!!!!
