Thinking about going sharking in Deerfield beach this weekend. Has anyone on this board tried that beach out? I Know they have a pier but I don't like fishing from piers. Are you allowed to fish from the surf there? Don't really want to waste a trip.
Ive fished on the pier and on that beach in the past. Im not really a big fan of it. Ive never had luck there and Im pretty sure shark fishing may be banned on that pier, however I'm not 100% sure. Ive had trouble with the cops kicking me out in the past while fishing on the beach. However I have seen blacktips caught from the pier and I know that Viktor caught a massive hammer off the pier years ago. Hope this helps
