Ive a .308 or 7.62X39 or .45 for any idiot I saw pulling that... Not on my watch... I just put $1000.00+ in a stray Melissa brought home. "Barrett" is my lil buddy now. When he heals up he'll likely be Shark fishing with me soon

I don't think that picture is from a fisherman on purpose, I think that that was an accident.
Once my dog ran behind me when I was surf casting and I hooked her in the ear. 
That hook just looks to small, but I have no dought people are cruel, I know some bass fisherman who buy mice at the pet store and use them as bait, not the same, but I wouldn't do that either
