Ok, not hunting. More like weed eating when an opertunity aros. I don't mess around with rattlers, so I shot it with a .22 little did I know the bullet has enough power to go through the head, body and tail, ruined the skin and about 4" of meat 
Plenty of rattles
Our dinner that night, 30 frog harvested the previous night, a wild trout caught in the backyard, a bacon wrapped rattlesnake and elk spagett, living off the land and so delicious
