While ago i broke couple of hooks on fish. Mustad appologized advised me to send hooks back. Inturn sent me out 27 different hooks from stainless 11/0 and 12/0 to duratain 12/0 j hooks and mustad circle hooks 12/0 and 16/0 hooks.
Great customer serivce No wonder why i have purchased them for the last 15 years and my father for the last 40 years.

Good customer service has always made me boast about companies... like star rod who afforded me a new rod after mine was having some issues, DOA hooked up monoxide, and now you with mustad...
I can imagine that from the hooks you sent they will analyze them well and figure out things to improve their hooks.
