I know this going to sound crazy but try strawberry jello and wheaties or peanutbutter and jelly sandwitchs. add water to the jello and wheaties which will make a dough, the p and j sands use lots of p-buter then smash which will becames sticky and doughy, then make the mixes into little balls. I have caught alot of carp here in germany on these 2 things. Plus with the p & j sandwitch mix if you get hungry you have something to eat.

Here in Dallas area when we fish for carp...(milsharker right on the money) we use the wheaties with strawberry jello...another good recipe is corn flakes and Big Red and mix into a dough as well...they love it.

There is a grain elevator fairly close to where I'll be fishign them. I've talked to soem guys who say that they eat the grain that falls into the water all the time. Could the reason I'm not getting any is because they are on a grain diet? Or do they even care?

Bullshark, google a "hair rig" and learn to tie one of those. Then just fish with a couple pieces of sweet corn on the hair and chum with sweet corn. Trust me...I've caught hundreds of carp over the past 4 years
