I'm bummed out. Apparently the deadzone is a large as Lake Erie in the northern gulf.

Very worrisome and may explain the slow bite of the big tigers this year.Maybe a hurricane will help clean the Gulf up a bit,,,,,hopefully nothing like Katrina.

I have been trying to figure out what has been wrong with the shark fishing and maybe this has something to do with it? The panhandle was DEAD for 2 weeks straight and has now recently offered a few sharks. All I can say is lets hope for the best.

Matt

Yea Matt it's killing me. My friends just left the beach and after soaking baits for over a week, sometimes 12 hrs at a time, they never got a run. Something has shifted with the summer heat. It's terrible right now. :|
