I received this petiton today in order to help stop the ban on all big game fishing from shore. The state of North Carolina is considering this rule because of all the recent shark attacts. Even if you do not fish in NC this still could affect you because if this passes, other states could follow if there is any attacks. Please help so we can continue to fish from land. Are you located in NC? If so, I need for you or someone in NC to contact me at 407-283-1248. Someone needs to be willing to step forward on this. I am talking with the marine fisheries as they are uncertain if the local county even has the right to ban shark fishing. It turns out they don't. However, the state has not yet informed the local county that their ban is illegal which is what we are pushing now. But, I really need one person, who is willing to stand up and force them to move their butt. I can't do that from here. So please reach out to me so that we can help resolve this.
