MY FAVORITE BRIDGE ON THE ENTIRE WEST COAST.

Caught my 1st shark there, 7.5ft spinner, plenty of bulls and lemons, sometimes tigers, southern rays, cownose rays, tarpon, snook, seatrout, blackdrum, sheephead, macks, bluefish, jacks, ladyfish, redfish, everything you can ask for fro ma west coast bridge

...tons of catfish too

Besides the keys, Big carlos is my favorite spot to fish! Great bridge, and you dont have to walk a mile to get your fish on the beach! Also MASSIVE schools of rays seem to be around a lot.

I'm headed toward that area tomorrow, but was thinking of setting up on the beach a couple miles south. But I am also afraid of the tourist and boater situation on the beaches this time of year so that could be a bad idea. Do you guys think that the water is a little bit warmer on the inside than in the surf right now?

i dont know where you are located, but i would go as far south as you can or even cross the coast, cause the tippers are running here!

I do most of my fishing in south Lee County down to south Collier County. You guys got it pretty good over there, the water stays a few degrees warmer this time of year and you get the blacktips and spinners migrating, with a few big boys mixed in with em as you know :D
