I been hittin bean point a few times now with no luck. Granted one time it was just after tropical storm and outgoing tide was the fastest choc milk i ever seen! I use big fresh mullet mostly but i e used lady, a frozen jack and bonito. No takers. I drop some like 30 yds, some 100, some 200. No difference. Quickly gets deep, like 20-30 ft just a stones throw out and fast current. I hittin it again saturday hopefully with some rays i gonna get on friday. I use circles, cables and homemade spiders. Considering bricks tied to hook 8' long to get bait off bottom. Any pointers? See any red flags in my setup?
