my girlfriend hates fish but we made a deal she can use her spiderman fishing pole when we go fishing and that got me thinking what is the biggest fish some one has caught on a barbie pole or any little kids fishing pole. she wants to go to the keys for the Halloween hammer hunt with me if i go and i wanted to use that rod for cudas. lol. i was thinking if enough people want to we can make a little tournament down there to see how catches the biggest fish on a barbie pole.
We never owned one, not even when our kids were little. They started out on ultralights. I wonder how many tourists would take pictures of tough guys in shark club T-shirts using Barbie poles?

Biggest I think was a blue shark around 6'
my biggest was a 17in mango on the skyway. ended up having to use a landing net to get it up lol

Ok the biggest fish I have seen caught on a barbie pole was a 5 pound stingray by my 2 year old niece.
