Anyone tried this?

I've been thinking of an idea to use on the Keys bridges, wanted to run it by you guys to see what you think...I'm thinking about getting a metal meat grinder and mounting it to a block of wood, which could then be attached to the bridge rail. Then using it to grind up fish carcasses, etc, to make a constant chum slick in the current. Think it would work? Has anyone ever tried this?
