hi,
I v been fishing siesta key - ft desoto and haven t landed anything in about a month. I most of the time fish turtle beach. but i tried ft desoto last night and nothing. Has any one landed anything in the sarasota-tampa area?

I kayak off turtle at least once a week. Lately it's been a lot of nurse sharks. High tide is best there as the sand bars can be tricky pulling sharks over. Careful about who's fishing near you on turtle though. Had some kids casting their lines out threaten to fight me because I was paddling passed their baits.

I went two days ago, nothing out of clearwater. had three runs all day but they were dropped before i even got my belt on
