I want to take some time to write this post that is directed to everyone on this site, especially all the newcomers to the site, as well as newcomers to land based sharking in general. This fourm/club is one of the only places in florida that is for sharkers by sharkers. We all have a common goal which is to promote land based shark fishing, and share our experiences and knowledge with other like minded people around the world. For me this club/fourm has been a big part in my life since I met William, who really took the time to take me under his wing and show me the in's and outs of sharking, at the same time becomming a very close friend of mine who has been there for me like a member of my family. I want all the newcommers that visit our site or join the club itself that you should never feel inimidated or shy about speaking up. You don't have to have years under your belt of sharking or huge catches to feel as part of the family here. Always feel free to speak up and ask for advice, or put up a post and ask if anyone is going sharking. I promise you we'll always find someone willing to take you out and show you the ropes. Thats what this is all about. From new school to the old school guys that have paved the way for the new guys like myself and many others. So in closing again I would like to ask anyone who would like to get some time on the sand or just learn what gear you really need, how to make rigs, or just want time on the beach please reach out, you dont have to have tons of gear or even a kayak to have the want to learn and gain knowledge. If i was down in florida i know where i would be on Saturday night!! I would encourage everyone who is able to go sharking on saturday to meet up with Nick. I met up with Nick and a few of his buddies a few weeks ago for some shark fishing and it was a great time. Nick, i will probably be down for a weekend at the end of february or the beginning of March. I need to get my sharking fix in haha. I will keep you posted.

My self and my team.(two others)go sharking from keys to way north at times like hobe sound.Where we spend most of our beach time is from south beach to boca.Give me a call i hit the sand every week.
