Rough day catching kingfish and dolphin
We went out of Haulover Inlet 10 am we got a late start after fishing the whole night with Jimmy Fuqua and Aaron Bunch. We were all beat but determined to make a day of it.We bought a livewell full of live pilchards and herring from Lester the baitman who anchors his goldline commercial fishing boat inside the cut.We trolled the spoon with wire line and a few other artificials way back in the wash /Our first luck came in the form of a nice sized dolphin going airborne on the flat line.We caught a few more fish on the troll and later moved in to 100 feet of water to anchor and chum with liveys.Today was one of those days when everything just clicks perfectly.Jimmy fished like a madmen and broke many personal record on this awesome day of fishing ,,,,Aaron on the other was seasick most of the day and providing inexpensive chum for the fishies. We'll be going out again soon but hopefully with a calmer water.
